If you want to buy one of our products, just click on ‘Add to Cart’. To finalize your order, click on the shopping cart you will find in the upper right corner of the screen. You will then be redirected to the payment process page where you can enter your delivery address.
When you create and complete your order, it is ready for delivery. If you want to change the entire order or any items that you do not want, you are obliged to contact us immediately via e-mail or by phone 020/316 000.
Yes, during ordering you can choose "Add another address" where you can enter a different address from your address.
To find your size, check the label of the Denistar item that fits you well. If you don’t have it anymore, check out our ‘size chart’ on the product page that converts your body measurements to Denistar clothing sizes.
It depends on the delivery status. Please contact our customer support department as soon as possible and prepare your order number. Once your order has been processed, you can no longer cancel it.

You can return the product up to 30 days after receiving it.

Items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. Of course, you can try the products to see if they meet or meet your expectations, but if you intend to return them, make sure that the items do not pick up unpleasant odors. We check all returned clothes for stains and odors.

Be sure to pack the products with their original labels and in the original packaging. Fill in the enclosed return form and put it in the box with the products you want to return.

When we receive your package in the nap warehouse, our goal is to process it within 2-3 working days. Depending on your original payment method, it will take 1-3 business days for the refund to arrive in your bank account or credit card account. Please note: during SALES, this processing time may take longer than stated above.
