DENISTAR WEBSHOP

The general business conditions of the DENISTAR Internet store are determined by the conditions of purchase and sale of products, which are realized by the Company for production and trade DENIS d.o.o. Novi Pazar (hereinafter: "Seller"). The general business conditions of the Internet store are determined in more detail by the areas that you can access by clicking on the desired area, all in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the International Code of Electronic Business. The General Terms and Conditions define the activity of the Internet store, users of rights and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer.

An online store is an information system intended for presenting and selling products to consumers. It is managed by the Production and Trade Company DENIS d.o.o. Novi Pazar. The user is a person who uses the specified system, ie the consumer in the Internet store.

REGISTRATION

By registering on this site, you automatically accept its propositions. The form that you fill in during registration, you only need to fill in once, and each time it is enough to just log in to your account. As a registered member, you have the opportunity to request to log out at any time, which will delete your data from our database.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer in one of the following ways:

1. by sending goods through the courier service, where the delivery costs are borne by the consumer in the amount indicated on the valid price list of the courier service at the time of sending the order
2. by sending the goods to one of the retail outlets of the seller (at the request of the consumer) located in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, whereby the consumer is obliged to take over the goods from the retail outlet.

For all orders, the consumer, accepting the terms of use, undertakes to pay the courier directly to the courier when taking delivery, the amount depends on the price of the courier service. 

The buyer will be informed about the time of sending and the price of delivery by phone by the sales service of the company, based on the information we receive from the courier service.

Delivery time runs from the first following working day after the order is executed. For goods purchased through the Internet store, the delivery time is up to 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, with no delivery on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The consumer can pay for the goods by cash on delivery. 

All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). 

PRICES IN DENISTAR WEBSHOP

All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of creating the order and have effect and validity for the next period. The listed prices are valid only for purchases in the Online Store and may differ from the prices in the Seller's retail facilities.

CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the moment when the goods arrive in the country of the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, without giving reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: cancellation of contract).

The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way (hereinafter: cancellation form).

A statement of withdrawal from a distance contract shall be considered timely if it is sent to the seller within the period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.

The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it is sent to the seller.

The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of this Article, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is on the consumer.

The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The amount of the completed purchase is paid to the buyer, who has given up the purchase, exclusively to the current account of the buyer.

OBSERVATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

Complaints, complaints and objections (to items that are the subject of online shopping) consumers can make:

1. by sending an email to the office@denistar.rs,

2. on the phone number 020 / 316-000 in the period from 9 am to 3 pm every working day

3. by regular mail to the address - DENIS d.o.o Novi Pazar, Save Kovačevića, 36 300 Novi Pazar (marked "For DENISTAR webshop")

The seller will confirm within one working day that the complaint has been received. Within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, the seller will notify the consumer in writing or electronically of the decision (accepted or rejected consumer objection regarding the conformity of the item) item, as well as the possible way of resolving the complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (refund, appropriate price reduction, replacement or repair of the item). The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

FINAL REGULATIONS

The supplier reserves the right to change these conditions without prior notice to its customers. Every consumer can check the currently valid conditions when ordering products.
